Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Process

We truly value your trust in Follibloom. Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected, we’ll initiate your refund within 7 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 4–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

About Partial Payments

This policy isn’t about keeping your money, but about honoring the time, care, and commitment we invest from the moment you confirm. For that reason, partial payments are non-refundable.
