We want you to love every FolliBloom order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right, quickly and fairly.
7-Day Easy Returns
If you’re not completely happy, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Why this matters: We follow this so every customer receives a fresh, untouched product.
Fast & Transparent Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick inspection, your refund gets processed within 7 business days. The money goes right back to your original payment method, no tricky credits or hoops.
(Depending on your bank, it may take an extra 4–7 business days to show up in your account. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.)
Partial Payments
If you’ve made a partial payment to reserve your FolliBloom goodies:
We start preparing your order immediately, locking in your slot and fresh inventory. Because we invest time and resources upfront, partial payments are non-refundable.
Please note: If you cancel your order after it has reached your city, refuse to accept the delivery, or do not respond to our delivery partner’s call, the system will automatically mark your order as cancelled. In such cases, the partial payment made will not be refunded.
We do this to keep things fair for every customer, as each reservation blocks stock and resources. If you ever have doubts before completing your payment, please reach out, we’ll be happy to guide you.
